Two residential towers with active balcony leaks
Balcony waterproofing had failed across both towers — water getting into the units below every time it rained.

We stripped each balcony back to substrate, found the root-cause failures at upturns and junctions, and installed a new sheet membrane system with proper falls and drainage. Staged two at a time so residents always had access to their apartment.
