How do we know the roof is actually the source of the leak and not the facade?

Water can travel a long way between entry point and where it shows up inside.

We use systematic testing and sometimes invasive inspection to confirm the path before we quote.

Does the whole roof need to be stripped, or can you patch the failed areas?
