Atomic Projects is the trading name of Neobuilt Pty Ltd, a remedial building contractor operating in Sydney, New South Wales. We hold NSW contractor licence 360636C and are registered under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (NSW) for Class 2 work. 2. Use of this website

You may browse this site, download material for your personal or internal business reference, and contact us through the forms provided. You must not misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, submitting spam through our forms, or using the site for anything unlawful.

The content on this site — including guides, articles, cost ranges and the cost estimator — is general information only. It is not advice for your specific building, and it is not a substitute for a site inspection, an engineer's assessment, or professional advice. Buildings differ, and the right remediation approach depends on investigation.

4. Quotes, estimates and the cost estimator

Any figures produced by the on-site cost estimator, and any indicative ranges published on this site, are estimates only. They are not offers or quotes. A binding price is only formed when we issue a written quotation or proposal and it is accepted in accordance with its terms.

5. Building work

All building work we perform is carried out under a separate written contract that complies with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) and other applicable laws. These website terms do not form part of any construction contract, and nothing on this site varies a contract we have entered into with you.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Neobuilt Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission. Project photographs remain our property or that of their credited owners.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (for example, the NSW Fair Trading licence register). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

8. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Forms on this site pass your details to our CRM so we can respond to your enquiry.
