Atomic Projects isn't a general builder that also takes remedial jobs. Remediation is the business — diagnosing why a building is failing and fixing it for good, on buildings that stay occupied while we work.
That focus is the reason we can do what a lot of contractors can't: stage works around residents and tenants, take a project from invasive investigation all the way to certified handover, and hand the owners corporation a paper trail that stands up to an engineer, a certifier and an insurer.

Full re-waterproofing delivered under one registered practitioner, so the Owners Corporation got a single compliance trail instead of three.

Bricks were detaching from a heritage facade directly above the street. Full restoration program — repointing, brick replacement, crack stitching with stainless steel helicals, and corbel rebuilds. Facade stabilised in two months with zero compromise to the building's original character.
