  5. Façade & Envelope Restoration

    • Replace damaged windows, doors, or shopfronts with upgraded safety glazing.
    • Reinstate weatherproofing membranes and sealants to prevent future water ingress.
  6. Code Compliance & Insurance Liaison
    • Ensure all repaired elements meet or exceed current NCC (National Construction Code) standards.
    • Provide insurers with detailed repair methodology, progress documentation, and cost justification.
    • Conduct final engineering sign-off and handover with photographic and digital QA reports.
