Who we are

Built for complex remedial work.

Atomic Projects is a construction business built for remedial and capital works. We are engaged on projects where safety, compliance and long-term performance matter, and where the building has to keep operating while the work is done. Our team is structured to manage risk, coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver works responsibly in sensitive environments. The approach is the same on every job: identify the real issue, plan the right solution, build it properly.

What we do

Six core services.

Regulated building works delivered with minimal disruption to occupants.

01

How we control project risk

Scope first. Then construct.

We do not commit to construction until scope, design and compliance are clearly defined. That reduces variations and means compliance is settled before work starts on site.

01

Investigate

We identify root causes, test assumptions and remove uncertainty before decisions are locked in.

02

Design

Scope, methodology and compliance are formally defined, so cost, risk and responsibility are allocated before construction.

03

Construct

Works proceed under controlled supervision against a defined scope, with consistent site management.

How the work is governed

The same delivery controls apply on every project, whatever the trade mix:

•  Formal QA processes across all works

•  Full inspection and test plans with site traceability

•  Dedicated supervision on live, occupied sites

•  Occupant and public protection, with WHS and access compliance

•  Compliance with the DBP Act, the NCC and the relevant Australian Standards

Our leadership team is hands-on. Delivery is run through a defined management structure: a general manager, project managers, contracts administration, design and operations coordination, and site supervisors assigned to each project.

Who we work with

Buildings and clients.

Most of our work comes through owners corporations and the professionals who advise them.

Strata managers and owners corporations

Residential and mixed-use buildings where works are funded by the owners corporation and have to be staged around residents. For strata managers · For owners corporations

Engineers and consultants

Engineer-directed scopes where the methodology, hold points and documentation have to hold up to inspection and certification. For engineers and consultants

Building, facility and project managers

Commercial and mixed-use assets managed on behalf of owners, where building operation cannot stop for the works. For facility and asset managers · For client-side PMs
